The Homestead

The Homestead was built in 1906 with quality materials, skylights, elevated ceilings, and a wide wrap-around verandah. Traditional 13ft stud height.   Fully furnished with three showers, four toilets, and nine generous double-sized bedrooms. Bring your own linen or sleeping bags, as well as food and drink. Please see the attached floorplan.

Shearers’ Quarters

Shearers’

The Shearers’ Quarters offer basic working accommodationwith generous hot water for two showers, three toilets, and a kitchen with limited crockery.

River Cottage

The River Cottage offers 3-bedroom family accommodation to a comfortable standard. There are double beds in two rooms and two single beds in the third room. The cottage is fully furnished and carpeted. It offers an unimpeded view across the Te Awaiti Lagoon and out to sea.
